During September 2016, there were 1,090 homes reported sold in the Durham Region. This was 11% more than the sales from September 2015. September was the first month in 2016 where the number of new listings entering the market was higher than the same month in 2015. In July 2016 there were 1,200 home sales in the Durham Region, as reported through the Toronto Real Estate Board. This was less than 1% higher than July of last year.
