I am truly blessed to be able to help homeowners sell their home using our staging technique. As it is a passion of mine to create a home that buyers' will fall in love with. Everyone wins with staging, the house for sale gets sold and the buyers have found their dream home.

Many clients, family and friends ask me what is happening in the real estate world right now. A lot of people have fear and uncertainty of this whole recession talk. I however have a different outlook on it.

I feel that bad news sells and gives us something to talk about with our neighbors. A common ground if you will. And the media has focused so much on the negative of this buyers market. With interest rates coming down it's never been a better time to buy or sell.

My motto is if you stage your house to sell then it will look better then the 300 other homes on the market and give your home a chance to stand out. Creating the model home look is more important in 2009 then any other selling year in history.
